One bedroom one bathroom 879 sq ft apartment for rent. It is a third floor walk up. Just minutes from the villages, in the Courtney villages community. I am looking for someone to take over the lease till June 31st. So this would be a short term lease. The apartment is 695 a month and that includes cable. I have already paid a pet deposit of 500 dollars so that would go over onto your lease if you have a pet. The conditions to applying are that you must make 3 times the amount of rent and show that through a pay stub or bank statement. The apartment is paid for till April and you can move in asap, I am no longer living there.
